Well as promised here are the rest of my favorites from my awesome engagement session this week. I absolutely love shooting engagements. It's so much fun to be around couples so in love and so willing to have me capture their unique connection. And what a gorgeous couple right, wow!! Thank you so much guys I really did have a blast! This session was one of the most fun ever! This cute couple was full of smiles and laughter and you could just feel the love! They had me cracking up constantly and it was so hard for them to keep a serious straight face. Well, we ended getting a lot of fun expressions from them but their smiles and laughter were my faves. Urban Bride {Utah Wedding Photographer}

Look at me with 2 posts in one day! I had so much fun working with this gorgeous couple downtown this morning! It was so fun to use the lighting techniques I learned at the Rock that OCF workshop. I really had a lot of fun doing some urban bridals, but we did get some yummy back light and some softer pictures too, it was a great mix! It's just a sneak peek, but there are sooo many more amazing shots to come! Make sure to see the new post below too! I'm a slacker

Ok so I've been a bit of a blog slacker and I'm so sorry. I have so many pictures to share from a few new sessions and some old too. But here's just one of the CUTEST couple, they were full of smiles and sooo in love! It's a bummer though, they will be separated for most of their engagement, one in New York and one in Utah....too many miles! Hope this helps you feel just a bit closer. I should have more soon!

Whew....that was a jam packed but FUN weekend!

Well the Ali Hohn workshop has come and gone and WOW my head is spinning with info. I really did have so much fun! Ali is a sweetheart and I got to meet so many other amazing photographers too. It's always fun to be around other people who share your same passion/obsession. Thanks again to Ali and the other photographers. I had a bit of time today to work on a few of my many favorites, now I'm off to get ready for an engagment session tonight....keep your fingers crossed for no rain!

We got caught in the middle of a serious downpour so we headed for cover in a used book store. It was a challenge but fun!

This picture is a good example of how I really plan to use this type of lighting we learned this last weekend. You know I love my amazing skies so now I know how to keep my subjects lit, well the right way anyways!

I am so sorry I have been MIA lately I have just been so busy with just regular old daily grind stuff. I did also get a new 24" imac computer....so excited!! But the transition has got me a little confused and it's taking me a while to get used to it all. But I did get to shoot this beautiful wedding last weekend and I wanted to post my favorite image of the day, I should have more to come soon. I'm back!{Utah photographer}

Well I'm back from my vacation and I've been sitting on my computer now for hours answering the many, many emails I got while I was gone. I think I'm finally through, whew.....I had a blast at Zion with the family and just hanging out for Easter. I photographed my sister family also, which was fun! It was a blast and a much needed break. I have a good handful of pictures to come!

Yep it's official I love what I do!! {Utah engagement photographer}

OK so it's simple really, I LOVE my job! You know, I can't even call it a job. It's a passion, it's a blessing, I'm so lucky. I've had a smile on my face all night thinking about the great couple I worked with, the beautiful weather, the fun pictures and getting to do what I love to do, telling a story through beautiful moments captured.

I had sooo much fun tonight shooting my first ever engagement session. (and a huge thanks to my assistant Chellese too!) What a gorgeous couple and seriously sooo much fun. They were so up for anything, full of laughter and smiles and well,,, so in love!

Here are just a few, of course I'll have many, many more to share. But I will be out of town until Mon. so I will answer all calls and emails on Mon. So make sure to check back to see the rest of the pics!!
